Nevertheless, I think that designers need to be able to adapt, constantly learn new skills and master new tools in order to be competitive in the industry. Yes, you read that right: It’s time to move on. (Adobe called this move “freezing development” and promised to release only minor patches from time to time.) Despite the fact that many designers still use it as their primary tool for design work, it’s time to look forward. Changing your workflow can be a real challenge if you don’t know where to start or understand how to embark on the change.
